Where entertainment, tech,
and AI converge.

Los Angeles is no longer just the entertainment capital of the world — it is rapidly becoming one of America's most important AI hubs. Silicon Beach, stretching from Santa Monica to Playa Vista, is home to hundreds of AI startups and major tech offices from Google, Amazon, Meta, Snap, and SpaceX. The entertainment industry is deploying AI at unprecedented scale, from visual effects and content personalization to AI-generated music and virtual production.

Major studios including Disney, Warner Bros., Netflix, and Sony are investing heavily in AI capabilities, creating massive demand for professionals who understand both the technology and its practical applications. The gaming industry, headquartered significantly in LA, is another major driver of AI talent demand — from Riot Games to Activision to dozens of indie studios building AI-native games.

Beyond entertainment, LA's aerospace and defense sector (SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon), its world-class healthcare systems (Cedars-Sinai, UCLA Health), and its financial services firms all require AI-literate professionals. This bootcamp gives you the hands-on skills that LA employers are paying premium salaries for — in three intense days.

Where the work is. The bootcamp venue is on the Westside — Santa Monica, Venice, or Culver City, depending on cohort. Silicon Beach (Santa Monica → Venice → Playa Vista → Culver City) is where most consumer-tech AI hiring happens. Aerospace and defense AI jobs cluster in El Segundo, Hawthorne, and Long Beach.

Industry mix. Entertainment, gaming, aerospace, ad tech, media tech, and consumer hardware. LA is the only city where AI work can touch both Hollywood and orbit in the same week.

Los Angeles questions.

Where exactly is the LA venue?

The venue is on the Westside of Los Angeles, in the Silicon Beach area near Santa Monica. It is accessible by car, rideshare, and the Metro Expo Line. The exact address is shared with registered attendees two weeks before the bootcamp.

Do I need to rent a car in LA?

If you are staying near the venue (Santa Monica / Westside area), you can get by with rideshare and Metro. If you are staying further away or want flexibility to explore LA after hours, a rental car is recommended. Parking is available at the venue.

Is this relevant for entertainment industry professionals?

Extremely. AI is transforming every part of the entertainment industry — from VFX and post-production to content recommendation, audience analytics, and virtual production. The skills you learn (NLP, computer vision, deep learning, AI agents) are directly applicable to entertainment workflows. Several past attendees work at major studios and streaming companies.

Can my California employer cover the cost?

Yes. IRS Section 127 is a federal provision that works in all states, including California. Your employer can reimburse up to $5,250 per year in educational expenses tax-free. At $1,490, our bootcamp fits comfortably within that limit. We provide a formal invoice, receipt, and certificate of completion.

Are attendees from Orange County / San Diego welcome?

Absolutely. We draw attendees from across Southern California — Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Ventura County, Inland Empire, and beyond. Several attendees commute daily while others choose to book a hotel near the venue for convenience.

What if the Upcoming date doesn't work?

We plan to run additional LA cohorts through the year. You can also transfer your registration to any other city as dates are confirmed. Your registration is transferable across all cities and dates.
