Hands-on AI bootcamp in Dallas-Fort Worth. You build real AI projects with 39 other professionals over two days. No slides — just building. Your employer can pay the full $1,490 tax-free under IRS Section 127.
Dallas-Fort Worth is growing fast — tech, finance, defense, healthcare, and logistics. Every major industry in DFW is adopting AI. Professionals who can build and use AI tools have a clear advantage. Those who can't are already behind.
This bootcamp is two days. You show up, you build real AI projects alongside 39 other professionals, and you leave with skills you can use the following week. The instructor is a Kaggle Top 200 data scientist who ships AI for a living — not a professor who read about it.
No prior experience required. Employer-reimbursable. 40 seats maximum. July 16–17, 2026.
DFW is the third-largest corporate headquarters concentration in the United States. Every Fortune 500 sector with an office here — telecom, insurance, logistics, defense, airlines — is building AI teams, and most of them will reimburse training under IRS Section 127.
Where the work is. The bootcamp venue sits in the Uptown/Legacy West corridor, close to both the Plano tech belt and central Dallas. Most AI hiring in DFW clusters in Plano, Frisco, Las Colinas (Irving), and Uptown Dallas.
Industry mix. Telecom, banking, insurance, airlines, logistics, semiconductors, and defense. Dallas is where AI meets the real industrial economy, not just consumer apps.
Two full days, Thursday and Friday. Arrive ready to work. Leave ready to build.

DFW is one of the easiest cities to fly into in the country. Here is everything you need to plan your trip.
Our Dallas training venue is in the Uptown / Downtown corridor, one of the most accessible and walkable areas of the city. The exact address will be shared with registered attendees two weeks before the bootcamp.
Dallas offers excellent hotel options at much lower rates than coastal cities. We recommend the Uptown or Downtown area for easiest access.
The venue is in the Uptown / Downtown Dallas area. It is accessible by DART rail, rideshare, and car with parking available. The exact address and access instructions are shared with registered attendees two weeks before the bootcamp.
Either DFW International or Dallas Love Field works. DFW has more flight options from across the country and connects to downtown via DART. Love Field (Southwest hub) is closer to the venue. Both are excellent choices.
Not required. The venue is in a walkable area and rideshare is affordable in Dallas. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at or near the venue. A rental car is helpful if you want to explore beyond the immediate area after hours.
Absolutely. IRS Section 127 allows employers in all states to reimburse up to $5,250 per year in educational expenses tax-free. Our $1,490 bootcamp fits well under that limit. Texas has no state income tax, which makes reimbursement even more straightforward. We provide all the documentation your HR team needs.
Of course. We draw from the entire DFW metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Richardson, and beyond. The venue is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the metro area.
We plan to run additional Dallas cohorts through the year. You can also transfer your registration to any other city as dates are confirmed. Your registration is transferable across all cities and dates.
